Throughout 2020 Blast From the Past will be working in partnership with the
‘Bridging the Tamar Visitor and Learning Centre’ to provide an unforgettable experience for children.
Pupils will hear the story of Brunel’s many celebrated achievements with a focus on his greatest challenge; building the Royal Albert Bridge across the River Tamar.
The Centre has a fantastic interactive exhibition space where children can learn about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). The new Brunel schools workshop on offer there from October will also explore the history of the area.
